This policy explains how IMG Pathway (an Overlyx project) handles your personal data. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Email address — when you pre-order or sign up.
• Tool inputs — the country you qualified in, your specialty, grade, and registration status. These are used only to generate your personalised result.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

• To deliver the product you bought (contract).
• To email you launch and update news (consent — you can opt out any time).

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't collect data about your patients or any clinical/health information. We collect only what's needed to provide the tool.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the product: Stripe (payments) and our email provider for sending you updates. Both are GDPR-compliant processors.

How long we keep it

Early-access emails are kept until you unsubscribe or the early-access period ends. Purchase records are kept by Stripe as required for tax/accounting. Tool inputs are processed to generate your result and are not used for anything else.

International transfers

Stripe processes payments and may transfer data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. to the United States) under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email us and we'll action it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
